Color, Fringe, and Fabulous Lighting: Our Designer Picks From High Point Furniture Market Spring ‘26
It’s time for our wrap-up of Spring High Point Market 2026, and there is MUCH to tell you! The showrooms were gloriously full and notably on-point this year, showing out and showing up with some gorgeous creative finds. We couldn’t include them all within the confines of a reasonably-sized blog post (it was hard, y’all- so many good ones!) but here are a few of the sightings that wow-ed us, moved us, and inspired us during this Market.

Color is BACK
If there’s one thing we love to see at Market, it’s a beautiful use of color. This vignette from the Abner Henry showroom was a collaboration with Pittsburgh based designer Betsy Wentz, who shares our deep appreciation of joyful color and beautiful interiors. We loved the fun mix of patterns, shapes, and textures in this vibrant space.
Fringe for the Win
When asked about her favorite things at Market, our Lead Designer Rebecca was quick to mention furniture with a fringe detail. A tasteful, well-placed fringe is the perfect interesting and unexpected touch on this plush sofa.
A Timeless Rug
The impact of placing a beautiful, high-quality rug to create a feeling of quiet luxury in your home was never more evident than at this year’s Market. A one-of-a-kind silk blend in a unique pattern, this gem was one of our best finds of the week. A beautiful, timeless piece that could elevate any room.
Sustainable Heirloom Furniture
Sustainable furniture is high on the priority list for many of our clients, and we are always on the hunt at Market for beautiful, sustainably made pieces. This year one of our favorite furniture creators came in hot with this elevated eclectic bedroom set, which was even more stunning in person.
Warm Sculptural Lighting
Goodbye stark and sterile, hello to warmth, brightness, and glow. Rich finishes, creative shapes, and soft ambiance was abundant, with am emphasis on fixtures that add visual interest to the entire room.
Artisanal Statement Lamps
We saw a lot of great lighting this go ‘round, but we’ve got to give a moment to the new collection from this family-owned business. We love them for their inventive patterns, generous whimsy, and mutual love of color. Their statement lamps are full of character, achieving the elusive feat of blending bold color and artisanal style with a polished, sophisticated vibe.
Handcrafted Textiles
Handcrafted natural-fiber fabrics are having a very well-deserved renaissance. This scene from one of our favorite artists/makers captivated all of us. The warm, nature-inspired colors and delicate biophilic patterns were both fresh and serene- absolutely perfect for a bedroom.
The Best Photo Op
Speaking of rugs, we always visit our friends at Jaipur to see what’s new, and lo and behold they had this fun vintage auto-rickshaw on display. They graciously allowed us to take a team photo and we seized the moment (their rug showing this year was incredible, too). Thank you to Jaipur associate Wesley for capturing our true essence!
